Role requirement for SGM:Minimum Academic Qualification (Degree): College GraduateMinimum work Experience (in months or years):Minimum 2-year Call Center/BPO experience is preferredMinimum 1-year Healthcare experience, Medical Claims is a plusMinimum 1-year Supervisory experienceSystem working knowledge is required; computer experience is desirable.Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skillsCan demonstrate leadership and facilitation skills.Can establish knowledge and experience in using critical thinking skills.Self-starter who works independently. Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes Required:Outstanding organizational and time management skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize the daily workloadExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressureAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to work with clientsCalm and professional mannerability to act on one's own initiativeTact and discretion for dealing with confidential informationAbility to work easily and effectively with a wide range of people
