Job Description
Provide support to SAP AMS Team by solving SAP related user requests, smaller projects and change requests by advising key users on SAP best practices, customizing and developing within the SAP ECC modules N/N module
Provide ITIL based user support using Ticket system
SOx compliancy
Configuration, development on, and maintenance of our SAP system
Taking care of application support, change management, enhancements, legal/fiscal changes and new process requirements.
Responsibility Core activities Framework
Member of the ERP SAP AMS Team providing the specific business as usual functionalities
Solve the assigned tickets within SAP AMS specific SLAs
Cooperation with internal and external resources
Work with and guide the internal users and consultants in support cases as well as in projects
Documentation and User training:
Produce and maintain appropriate documentation on specific processes, customizations, enhancements, etc.
Train (key) users on usage of SAP’s functions.
Take all necessary activity to achieve business goals within the department, while respecting all existing procedures and rules regarding the quality of work, protection at work and environmental protection.
Qualifications
Business or Computer Science degree at University level or equivalent Accounting degree and/or accreditation is a distinct advantage.
Deep knowledge of SAP module N/N and ITIL based user support
Experience:
Several years experiences in supporting SAP applications, able to analyze business process requirements and specify / propose solutions, experience in international projects, team player, flexible.
Worked in an international SAPAMS environment compliant to SOX.
Experience with ITIL processes and ticket based working.
Worked with business user and understand business terms and conditions
Has a manufacturing background with complex multiple ERP system support function.
