Operations

  • Communicate any service delivery issues, deviations or potential delays in achieving deadlines, to the Manager
  • Ensure Detailed Procedure Manuals are Updated & reviewed accordingly for the owned processes
  • Ensure information related to the processes owned are maintained in the agreed format
  • Ensure the quality standards laid out are met for the processes owned
  • Ownership of allocated processes and ensuring all process deadlines are met.
  • Preparation of Complex Journals, Reconciliations, FA & Intercompany as per the role requirement
  • Review of Journals, Reconciliations and performing close activities
  • Preparation of MI report on the close status
  • SAP Hana/SQL is mandatory.

 Customer Satisfaction

  • Proactively handle service delivery issues, deviations, or potential delays in achieving deadlines by keeping the relevant parties informed
  • Maintain good working relationship with on shore peers

 Transformation, Innovation and Process Improvements

  • Identify areas of improvement in processes owned and informing the management to obtain approval to implement change
  • Identifying non valuing activities to be eliminated and standardize the process
  • Operational Development and Continuous Improvement
  • Proactively engage with the process improvement and improve the quality of the deliverables
  • Continuously engaging with the team to improve the current BAU and improve the efficiency of the processes

Qualifications

B.com/MBA with minimum 4-6 Years of relevant experience.

Scope of work to include

  • Month end close (incl. journals / feeders and recharges)
  • Reconciliation / substantiation of balance sheet accounts
  • Monthly management reports
  • Balance Sheet reconciliation for all businesses

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant, B.com/MBA with minimum 4-6 Years of relevant experience.
