•    Establishing a clear project charter/scope, project plans with deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and reporting accurate project health and progress

•    Work in collaboration across stakeholders and teams for successful delivery outcomes
•    Meet with HH functional owners to review current project status reports
•    Monitor and manage project performance inclusive of cost and team performance.
•    Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs 
•    Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques defined as a part of HH’s PMO methodology and framework
•    Evaluate and continuously improve the Project Management Standards, Tools and Templates
•    Gather feedback from customers (internal and external) on the use and effectiveness of the HH Project Delivery
•    Perform other duties as requested to support the Project Office and HH Business Units
•    Identifies, tracks and aggregates metric progress against organizational goals and provides visibility and intelligence to monitor performance levels
•    Performs research and critical investigation of key business problems, implements solutions, and monitors progress
•    Provides trend analysis of past and current metrics to drive accountability 
•    Reviews existing business processes and workflows to determine operational sustainability and efficiencies using established continuous improvement techniques 
•    Works closely with VP, Ops, Compliance, and Clinical Team to ensure risks are mitigated through IT solutions or process engineering, and to identify paths to measurement/improvement efforts 
•    Quantifies value created by historical and current solutions 

•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field; additional experience in project and/or program management may be used on a year-per-year basis in lieu of a degree
•    5+ years of project and/or program management experience, required
•    Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle, required
•    Excellent analytical skills, required
•    Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness, required
•    PMP certification, preferred
•    Experience working in an Agile Development environment, preferred
•    Healthcare IT/Payer experience a plus
•    Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
