Job Description

As we expand our business operations in North America with the growing teams, we need to increase or Talent acquisition team and currently looking for a recruiters at various level  with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees specifically in Insurance industry or working for a BPO. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Coordinates all activities for exempt and non-exempt recruiting and selection from internal and external sources. Performs trend analysis, projections and preparation of management reports.

A typical day will include the following:

·       Provides recruiting support to hiring managers for all exempt and non-exempt positions. Manages internal and external recruiting sources and extends offers once a candidate is selected.

·       Researches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques and develops internal and external search strategies per position assignment.

·       Coordinates all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews.

·       Assists in market research and gathering current trend information used in development of recruiting strategies and practices.

·       Executes recruitment plan/process with moderate direction/supervision.

·       Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

·       Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

·       Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

·       Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

·       Reviews comp/offer recommendations with HR management or Sr. TA when applicable.

·       Source diverse candidates for open requisitions.

·       Partner with the leadership team on any challenges and look to TA Sr. Manager or Specialist when applicable to help with resolution.

Qualifications

Qualifications

·       Associates degree in related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)

·       Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

·       Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

· Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, video interviewing, etc)

·       Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (Smartrecruiters ATS preferred)

·       Hands-on experience with job portals and social media hiring activities

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Strong decision-making skills

Hiring experience in Insurance industry is a plus!
