Ø  IATA UFTAA Certified / Diploma in Travel and Tourism

Ø  Ensure meeting of production targets , Quality and Revenue targets  and take responsibility

Ø  Ensure process compliance with approved procedure & work manual documentation at the process level received from the Customer

Ø  Ability to meet all targets set

Ø  Take on additional responsibilities as and when the need arises.
