Job Description

Experience and Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Document Template Management platform using SmartComm
  • Experience in working with Stakeholders, Technology Development teams, BA's and Project Manager during build and implementation phases of requirements
  • Good solid technical experience working with XML/XSL, XPath, XSLT, JSON and scripting languages such as Java Script

 

Desirable Skills

  • Good understanding of insurance domain
  • Experience of working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing multi-channel (Print, web/html, email, archive, SMS, Fax etc.) communications, integrating SmartComm with upstream systems.
  • Good expertise on layout design, style sets, template selector
  • Experience in migrating old communication system to SmartComm
  • Good knowledge of SmartComm APIs
  • Experience in troubleshooting/validation of templates/forms
  • Developing scripts to automate several redundant and time consuming tasks of migration.
  • Ability to handle end to end documents stream from gathering requirements, interacting with clients, and developing documents along with handling team by configuring smart communication in different environments, creating documents in smart communications and delivery to client till warranty period
  • Should have good exposure working in Agile environment
  • Client interfacing skills
