Job Description

Vertical: - Insurance Preferred – Business is open to other verticals.

  • Black Belt Certified Mandatory.
  • Drive Transformation Initiatives. Identify key opportunity areas with client processes and lead projects to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Formulate improvement plans based on wastes and variation identified during analysis.
  • Contribute and present in client reviews and meetings.
  • Work closely with operations team to collect data and assess the current situation.
  • Spread continuous improvement culture and drive culture of data based decision making.
  • Achieve quality savings and productivity targets.

Qualifications

 

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate, Insurance background preferred.
  • Certified Black Belt from a reputed organization.
  • Experience in leading Design thinking workshops.
  • Must have extensive work experience in Process improvement/ Transformation / Automation / Lean Six Sigma.
  • Willing to travel across sites & locations within the country or abroad.
  • Accuracy & integrity in data handling.
  • Ability to work with people and teams of diversified / different priorities.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point & Minitab.
