Job Description

This role is responsible for designing, building, testing and deploying Anaplan models to deliver business outcomes. The models will need to apply Anaplan best practice and leverage latest functionality to optimise End User Experience. In addition, the models will need to form part of the overall Anaplan ecosystem at Client, with automated connections to source systems where possible.

 

The role will work as part of an Agile team under the direction and guidance of the Anaplan CoE Lead and Process Designers to build models that meet the business requirements captured by our business leads and analysts.

 

In this role the individual will also be responsible for working with business stakeholders across the Markets and Functions and should be comfortable leading this engagement.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

 

•              Strong Anaplan skills (preferably with financial / driver-based models)

•              Previous experience of developing driver-based models in a complex multinational organisation transformation/ change programme

•              Understanding of data models and hierarchies

•              Knowledge of Anaplan planning tool

•              Change skills including Agile & Systems Thinking

Qualifications

-         Any graduate/post graduate

-         Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in Anaplan modelling and dashboards

-         Preferably with Anaplan Sol Architect/Master Anaplanner certification

-         Experience in delivering 4-5 end to end implementation projects

-         Proven experience of working in Agile way and Anaplan model development

-         Client management across different geography (UK clients an added advantage)

-         Excellent communication and articulation with proven ability to negotiate with clients/customers

-         Excellent interpersonal skills and able to operate in a ‘Team environment’ with changing

Priorities and time pressures.

Additional Information

Preferable with Anaplan Level 1, 2, 3 /Solution Architect certified
