Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Provide Information about status of Baggage
  •  Provide general information about delays

-          liability rules for baggage

-          information on needed documents and necessary contacts

-          information on possible replacements

  •  Provide information for subsequent damage reports

-          inform the customers about all relevant needs on subsequent damage reports

-          information on needed document

  • Information on existing damage- or loss-reports
  • Provide Information about Lost items onboard and at airport:

-          advice about correct contact

-          advise about status of lost items onboard

Qualifications

 Ideal candidate:

  • Customer-oriented communication and advice;
  •  Knowledge of and adherence to compliance regulations
  • Advanced level of German;
  • Service-oriented advice and customer care
