Sourcing / Contracts Associate will lead source-to-contract projects assigned within the applicable Client category pod and/or region. He/she will support Client Category Managers and WNS Category Managers or Sourcing Managers with project execution for Tier 2/3 categories.

Key responsibilities include:

o  Provides source-to-contract execution services (RFP, RFI, RFQ, Contracts) on behalf of the applicable Client category pod based on predefined service levels, managing simple to complex projects simultaneously.

o Lead and execute the sourcing process from start to finish, e.g. RFx development, data analysis, contracting, etc

o  Collaborate with Client Category Managers and WNS Category Managers on project strategy and tailor sourcing execution based on direction provided by them

Knowledge skills and abilities:

o  Strong Source-to-Contract skills, including sourcing and contracting methodology especially for Capital and MRO categories. 

o  Strong customer service orientation including demonstrated issue resolution and relationship management skills

o  Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions to analyze, organize and present data

o  Ability to follow a process based on documented guidelines with minimal supervision

o  Ability to negotiate commercial terms with suppliers

o   Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years
