Job Description

• Receive Inbound calls assist Agency and Insurers with their queries related to the policy.
• No Sales required
• P & C license for South Carolina or the ability/desire to obtain within 30 days. We will provide required training to help getting the license.
• Demonstrates awareness of company policies and procedures while applying sound judgment within scope of their empowerment and follows guidelines.
• Educates and promotes Self Service options.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, structured, dynamic and high-transaction environment, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse angry or upset customers.
• Capable of achieving call center performance metrics and targets.
• Able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Works independently and seeks Supervisor support when necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years in a customer support role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment required
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Insurance Experience is a MUST

Property and Casualty Insurance License Preferred
