This role is responsible for creation and delivery of advanced analytics solutions and contributing to revenue growth of WNS Analytics. This managerial role should be able to create clear client propositions for end to end AI and ML solutions.  The person will work with local and offshore teams to ensure the delivery of such projects and drive effective risk management, project management and best practices based design and development. 

-Total Relevant Work Experience Of 12 Years

-Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent

-Experienced in developing solutions for AI, Machine Learning applications

-Expertise in statistical analysis, data science/machine learning, time series forecasting methods, NLP algorithms. Familiarity with Neural Networks

- Deep knowledge of problem definition, data exploration, insights generation in the context of ML models, model strategies, model performance measurement, and model deployment

-Exposure to advanced analytics paradigms and toolsets in AWS, Azure or GCP

-Experience in Project management

-Excellent communication, program management skills

-Experience with service delivery and client management

-Deep awareness of SDLC models of delivery

-Willingness to travel for meeting clients in the US

-Familiarity with application support outsourcing projects

- Knowledge of Retail/CPG/Manufacturing preferred
