§  Achieving the stringent daily productivity targets

§  Responsible for processing participants/plan level transactions

§  Work with onshore partners and build professional relationship

§  Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality

§  Researching on the queries/requests sent by the business partners/transaction processing/client support teams and replying to the same with minimum response time
