Job Description

Handling customer calls pertaining to Insurance queries on  Policy Information, New policy setup. 
Understanding customer queries and providing resolutions as per the process guidelines. 
Insurance knowledge will be an added advantage.
Fresher or Minimum 1 yr. BPO / Non BPO Exp.
