Experience:

• Experience in using a variety of data management systems
• High level attention to details and experience in data validation/ cross checking with multiple data sources
• Excellent communicator with the interpersonal and consultative skills necessary to work effectively with a diverse matrix team environment
• Demonstrated ability to assimilate insights from multiple sources and data sets to develop strategic actionable guidance
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Veeva CRM and Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with Patient Data/APLD
• Strong SQL skills an advantage
• Ability to work in a collaborative and influencing fashion to drive business activity
• Pro-active - creates solutions & takes the lead on initiatives, with ability to suggest new solutions that haven’t been thought of is just as important as being able to honor requests

Ideal Candidate Skills/Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree preferred in Information Systems, Healthcare or Business Management or other related field preferred; some additional work experience will substitute for educational requirements

·         2+ years’ experience in Patient Data/Excel/Business Intelligence implementations
