Job Description

Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of the WNS Denali USA HR Team.  You will play a critical role in ensuring the best possible candidate experience, hiring the best possible talent, and providing a high-quality pre-employment experience. This position is a fast-paced, complex role.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:  

Provide full-cycle recruitment including job briefing with hiring managers; tailoring job descriptions, posting to Applicant Tracking System, and online resources, researching and sourcing candidates, phone interviewing, scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers, negotiating and extending of offers

  • In this role, you will build and maintain a pipeline of professionals in the industry through networking, research, sourcing, and internal employee recommendations/referrals/.
  • Track recruiting activities, update candidate records and job postings within Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters)
  • Understand WNS Denali’s business model, business needs, and various roles requirements.
  • Stay abreast of the procurement industry and trends, knowing where to find the best talent for WNS Denali’s needs
  • Contribute to the development of overall employment brand and talent management strategies
  • Create and maintain a first-rate candidate experience for all candidates
  • Develop effective relationships by becoming a trusted resource and valued partner to hiring managers
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions based on competencies, templates, and hiring manager input
  • Support the pre-employment process from phone interview to the first day of employment
  • Research, analyze, prepare and report recruiting metrics

 

     

     

    Qualifications

    Education, Skills, and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • The position is an entry to mid-level role
    • 2-4 years of talent acquisition or staffing recruiting experience
    • Experience recruiting procurement or supply chain roles is preferred.
    • Proven track record of quickly being able to build relationships and establish trust with hiring managers
    • Varied experience in developing strategies for sourcing, building pipelines, and managing a high volume of candidates
    • Proficiency using ATS systems, MS Office, and other current recruiting technologies, including social media and mobile applications
    • A team player and willing to pitch in when needed on various recruiting and talent management initiatives and projects
    • Self-motivation, strong time management, and organization skills
    • Adaptable and comfortable navigating the changing priorities of our company
    • Professional with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
