Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive 100% adherence to QRD requirements;
  • Perform internal audits as per defined sample size, sampling technique,
  • Provide feedback to the error contributors
  • Ensure effective RCA and CAPA to improve Accuracy scores
  • Periodic reporting of Accuracy results to internal and external stakeholders (as per business requirement)  
  • Participate in new transitions to setup transactional quality in partnership with client and Operations stakeholders
  • Partner with the Operations manager to solve problems and remove barriers
  • Analyze results to identify top opportunity for the business areas
  • Partner with WNS solution/RPA/ Process improvement consultants to execute solutions
  • Assist & support business partners for successful execution of change management
  • Ensure ZERO surprises in statutory audit findings and timely closure of all supporting
  • Provides coaching, mentorship and consultation to QA team to drive effectiveness
  • Ensure timely closure of performance management process for the team
  • Participate in client & internal leadership meeting to provide process updates

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any stream

Additional Information

  • Should be a Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt certified and carry expert knowledge on project management & transactional quality
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree on any stream
  • Minimum 10-12 years of TQ & project management experience
  • Should have good analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Should be able to lead a team size of 30 QAs
  • Good presentation and articulation skill to manage QAs, clients and internal stakeholders
  • Transition, project management and healthcare experience is an added advantage

Shift Timing: Rotational Shift
