Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Plan, facilitate, and document business requirements and formulate report design recommendations
•    Communicate solutions and details on various views of the data environment to audiences
•    Lead and interpret business requirements into actionable technical requirements
•    Assist the project leadership and Collaborate with other work stream leads
•    Identify potential data issues within data environment
•    Collaborate effectively with the global team and ensure day to day deliverables are met
•    Main internal liaison and SME between the Medical Economics and Informatics (MEI) department and Business Intelligence (BI) unit with IT department
•    Translate complex clinical scenarios, business questions outcome performance into modeling and data requirements.
•    Collaborate with MEI, Product, Operations & Software team members on requirement gathering and finding efficiency/accuracy solutions that can be implemented to improve reporting outputs and processes.
•    Analyze and QA data from different sources and ensure that it is properly loaded into our systems and communicate other stakeholders periodically
•    Investigate data quality issues and implement appropriate solutions
•    Ability to manage individual priorities and tasks and coordinates with other team members and supervisor to meet such timelines and actively contributes to project status reporting processes to identify and mitigate risks.
•    Go-Live and Production Support -  Need to work after business hours as needed basis
•    Requirement gathering – frequent interaction with Analytics, Product & Software Team and the Data & Database Systems Managers, Technical Managers,  Data Architect, Database administrators, Application Users  – all belonging to different departments and divisions of  to ensure smooth implementation and running of the application

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

•    Bachelor's degree and ~8+ years of experience in related data and analytics area
•    5+ years of healthcare industry experience is essential
•    Demonstrated experience in the delivery of data solutions 
•    Source to target mapping experience and ETL principles/knowledge
•    Ability to understand Data Models and experience using Erwin or similar
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
•    Strong documentation skills including Gathering, Documenting, and Designing Data 
•    Strong quantitative and analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail
•    Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision and can manage multiple priorities
