Job Description

1.    Planning and Managing IT infrastructure to support changing business requirements

2.    Providing Project Manager Support during process migration/ramp-ups

3.    Developing and documenting the policies and procedures for consistent IT management, and methodologies

4.    Responsible for availability of IT services

5.    Responsible for managing IT Vendors

6.    Responsible for IT Capacity and IT Asset management process

7.    Responsible for BCM, Information Security and Audit initiatives

8.    Responsible for local Change management process.

9.    Sound technical knowledge of operations and functioning of various backend IT Functions

Should have Good communication, technical analytical, problem solving and leadership skills

Qualifications

  • Advanced verbal & written English skills;
  • Experience of 1-2 years in IT Support;
  • Exceptional Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS and MS Office knowledge;
  • Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook 2010 within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation);
  • Good Windows architecture knowledge (Including Basic User & Security Group Active Directory administration);
  • Good Knowledge of Dell and HP Desktop hardware;
  • Good Knowledge of Mobile Communications;
  • Good Antivirus usage and malware removal knowledge;
  • Basic Windows OS Server knowledge;
  • Understanding of Video Conferencing;
  • Understanding of VoIP setup and infrastructure;
  • Understanding of VPN technology (PPT, MS DUN, Cisco VPN, Juniper, etc);
  • Understanding of Routing, Switching technology and topology;
  • Understanding of a ticketing system (IT support management system);
  • Nice to have knowledge of: MS Exchange, Citrix, MS IIS, ITIL V2/3 Foundation, CCNA;
  • Communication skills: Be able to periodically and proficiently communicate using all type of technical communication tools available (phones, emails, messaging, etc) with all type of users and colleagues in the organization.
