Job Description

  • Project Sourcing Coordinator (Sr. Associate): Ensure end-to-end successful completion of the assigned requests/projects working with the Sourcing Managers & Business Stakeholders
  • Represent projects for assigned functional areas
  • Primary activities: Program Management in support of Sourcing Manager delegation, Spend Analysis for Opportunity Identification, support of Category Strategy

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years Source to Contract experience
  •  Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • 3-5 years of Project management experience
  • Demonstrated intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Advanced user of Excel and pivot tables or equivalent similar tools such as Tableau
  • Source to Pay experience needed
  • Data Center Construction and Facilities category knowledge preferred
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology environment
  • Dynamic and energetic
  • Ability to multi-task and project manage to closure
  • Ability to travel 1-2 weeks per month
