Job Description

Group Manager – Quality - Gurgaon – NH-8 - (Transactional Quality / Investment Banking)

Job Description: -

Candidates Preferred with Work Experience in Either:-

Cash Management

Fund Accounting

Corporate Actions

Trade Life Cycle/Settlement

Fixed Income

 Investment Banking Competencies: - 

Ø  The optimal candidate must have excellent investment accounting skills and exhibit a strong interest in applying technology solutions to the role.

Ø  Responsible for the accounting and administration of domestic and global investment portfolios.

Ø  Demonstrate solid understanding across portfolio valuation across all fixed income instruments; liaise with portfolio administration and security operations to understand and interpret the factors that drive performance.

Ø  Apply analytical thinking to support non-standard performance calculations including:

o   Performance impact analysis across single or multiple portfolios

o   Hypothetical performance based on representative assets or benchmarks

o   Support trading / compliance with ad hoc gain/loss analysis requests

o   Oversight of Performance Hedging methodologies and application

Ø  Knowledge and/or experience with multiple of the following types of data: Security Characteristics; NRSRO Credit Ratings; Pricing & Benchmarks

Ø  Expertise with relevant Bloomberg terminal usage for research of reference data and pricing.

Ø  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ø  Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure, team environment.

Qualifications

Any Graduate - B.Com /M.Com /MBA – Finance – Preferred.

Additional Information

Shifts: - US – 6: 00 PM – 6:00 AM - Bracket - Monday to Friday

Team Role: - Client Facing Role - Yes - DM/QA – 12

Candidates preferred with Good Analytical Skills /Sound Knowledge in Reconciliations.

Candidates preferred with Strong Domain Expertise.
