Job Description

Denali Sourcing Services, Inc. seeks an Associate – Business Operations to work at our Bellevue, WA, location, to execute sourcing projects and procurement activities. Will also: (i) manage various procurement projects that include the areas of purchasing, contracting, sourcing, and commodity management; (ii) serve as POC for both internal and external stakeholders as well as the liaison between cross-functional teams; (iii) handle end-to-end project management for procurement cycle, which includes purchase orders, RFQ, ad-hoc reporting, supplier business review, contract execution, and root-cause analysis; (iv) provide training to new and existing team members on different procurement processes; (v) deliver customer service and stakeholder satisfaction for overall procurement and finding ways of improvements.

Must also have any experience with or knowledge of: (i) working with/applying procurement methodologies and various related concepts to Procurement activities for clients; (ii) utilizing best practice, procurement/sourcing approaches, and techniques; (iii) analyzing costing/pricing of products and services; (iv) developing and implementing process improvement deployments; (v) training suppliers on process improvements; (vi) conducting spend analysis and supplier market analysis to develop sourcing strategies; (vii) project management, including purchase requests, contract execution, ad-hoc reporting, supplier reviews, etc.; (viii) Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.; and (ix) ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, etc.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Business, Engineering, or related field plus two (2) years of experience in a related position in procurement or sourcing.
  • Must be able and willing to travel domestically and internationally to various unanticipated employer, client, and other locations up to 25%.
