Job Description

SUMMARY

The Implementation Manager oversees end-to-end implementation activities across the enterprise to drive seamless execution for external and internal customers. The job includes the ability to lead resources, prepare specification document, skill in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team. The Sr. Implementation Manager must delegate tasks to team members, communicate in an effective and clear manner of project status to senior leadership, risk management and ensuring change readiness across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will need to develop and cultivate relationships across functional areas such as Programs, ClinicalOps, Compliance, Client Services and IT. Knowledge and experience in negotiating and influencing the decision making process through data, commitment to driving value based program design, and producing comprehensive SOWs with clients and cross-departments is required.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Effectively implement a disciplined project management methodology across the company with supporting processes, tools, reports and templates

•    Spearhead HealthHelp's Change Control Mechanism, delegation of tasks to Business Analysts, track and steward the entire portfolio of projects

•    Meticulously assess program risk, anticipate challenges, and flagging any projects with significant deviations for senior leadership review and corrective action

•    Aggressively identify areas of internal and external process improvements and executing the necessary protocols that will maximize return

•    Develop initiatives that will drive innovative solutions to complex business and technology problems

•    Achieve strong relationship and strengthen collaboration among diverse stakeholder to find common ground and consensus

•    Manage the preparation of product design, process workflow, user guide and functional specification document to ensure the successful implementation of new or improved program

•    Demonstrate strong leadership, vision and passion to build and drive Operational performance to meet program goal through analytics, and metrics/reporting

•    Own the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analysis, and dashboards in Tableau that monitor key performance indicators for Operations to make informed business decision

•    Focus on enhancing the core technology products supporting the business, including Consult, Protas Rule Engine and drive new solutions

•    Demonstrate expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity

 

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•     Minimum: BA/BS Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent years' experience

•    7+ years' experience in healthcare services/products

•    Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Six Sigma etc.) and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

•     Understanding of database and analytical technologies in the industry including Tableau, SQL, Bl reporting and Dashboard

•    Ability to analyze and compile complex data for planning purposes or strategic decision making process

•    Proven track record of successful communication of analytical outcomes through written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

•    Ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly and concisely through big data analysis

•    Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges of Operational workflow in an enterprise environment

•     Must be detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects

•     Successfully adapt and navigate in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven and innovative environment

•    Aptitude to learn, problem solve and work as a team

•     Demonstrate relentless disciple in achieving Operational goals
