  • National Certificate in Generic Management NQF 4: for Team Leaders and Group Managers
  • National Certificate in Contact Centre and BPO Outsourcing NQF 3 for Contact Centre Lead Associates and Senior Associates

Qualifications

Requirements to be eligible:

Contact Centre and BPO Outsourcing NQF 3

  • Communication at NQF Level 2 (Grade 10).
  • Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 2 (Grade 10).
  • Computer Literacy at NQF Level 3 (Grade 11).
  • Tenure 6 months
  • Clear disciplinary record
  • No absence phasing

Generic Management NQF 4

  • Communication at NQF Level 3 (Grade 11).
