Job Description

  • The position is responsible for Effective Resource & Skills Management across Business Claims Area
  • Working with stakeholders such as BU/Horizontal HR and L&D, in order to understand the skills and areas for development for all assigned resources, and proactively identify and leverage opportunities for continued development of skill and industry expertise
  • Understanding the business unit / Horizontal strategies as they relate to required skills and expertise, and contributing to action plans to leverage and grow the business units capabilities
  • Proactive analysis of data such as resource utilization, bench management and resource forecasting and providing recommendations as appropriate
  • Measuring, monitoring and improving the usage of resource management systems and processes, and working to ensure systems are continually updated
  • Accurate and current data for trending, attainment and forecasting, and that all resource management processes are being followed
  • Maintaining a skills matrix which will provide a comprehensive view of skills across business units and service lines
  • Ensure 100% adherence to Client Contract compliance pertaining to employee skill/experience
  • Ensure weekly, Fortnightly and monthly reporting and MIS and that these reports are shared diligently and accurately with the relevant stakeholders and Senior Management
  • Keep abreast of better practices in resource management, and recommend and implement improvements as needed


Desired Skills and Experience:

Relevant experience in Claims Management (preferably UK Claims) with a large organization, preferably in a BPO/BPM set up
Strong Interpersonal skills
Strong Data analytical skills
