Brief Job Description:

§  Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction

§  Assist with users to complete pending tasks

§  Provide required system training per client needs.

§  Log and track all application and incident requests in appropriate system till resolved.

§  Perform System UAT and provide feedback timely to develop team and maintain DPMs up to date

§  Provide regular status report to team lead and client of all issues received, pending, and resolved issues

§  Successfully handle most functional issues, escalate incidents to develop team on a timely manner

§  Require minimal supervision to manage daily activities and be able to meet published deadlines for activities

§  Ensure all work is performed in accordance with targets and adheres to SLA

§  Accurate, efficient and organized within daily responsibilities

§  Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills

§  Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team

§  Fast learning capability, good analytical skills

§  Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to

 

Working Conditions

Client holidays are observed instead of local holidays 

§  Must be a good team player

§  Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks

 

Knowledge:

§  Excellent oral and written communication skill in Japanese is a must

§  Good written English skill preferred
