Job Description

Subject Matter Expert role is a key function for PTP process. 

Areas of responsibilities are : 

 1. IS VHD tickets (defects):

  • supports WNS team members with resolution of user related tickets;
  • captures and owns system related tickets and ensures end-to-end resolution, including regular follow-ups;
  • performs UAT for defect fixes and coordinates with other P2P Teams, to complete testing;
  • provides regular updates to SGFA SME.

2. Change Requests:

  • performs UAT for Change Requests and coordinates with other P2P Teams, to complete testing.

3. P2P BAU Support:

  • supports WNS P2P Teams with resolution of complex issues.
  • ensures the regular OCR Training: planning, preparation and actual training.

4. Cashflow Forecasting:

  • ensures the accurate preparatin and ontime deliver of Cashflow Forecast and Actual Spent reports and analyses;
  • ensures the integrations of latest enhancements agreed/adopted into the reporting and analysis activity;
  • ensures that the documentation is constantly updated with the lates enhancements agreed and adopted.

 5. RPA:

  • Overall responsible of RPA initiatives:
  • ensures proper documentation of P2P process or activities being subject of RPA initiatives;
  • ensures the availability of metrics specific to the P2P processes or activities being subject of RPA initiatives (volumes, TAT's, FTE's);
  • organizes walk-through sessions with RPA Team and relevant P2P Teams;
  • ensures other RPA specific requirements are up to date (questionnaires, process flows, reporting of progress etc.);

6. Projects:

  • supports the UAT for GPW implementation Project

 7. Training:

  • ensures all P2P activities and processes are properly documented;
  • ensures the DPM's are kept up to date.
  • supports the GPO P2P Process Specialist with the update and preparation of GPM training materials.

8. Country specifics:

  •  supports the adoption of country specific requirements within P2P processes.

9. SLA and KPI:

  •  supports the preparation of SLA and KPI's;

Qualifications

 

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills 
  • ERP System strong experience (at least 5 years) SAP PTP modules - VIM, ICC, OCR, SRM, MDG

  • Technical background 
  • Advanced in MS. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
