•The position is responsible for providing analysis and reports of operational and management information for a leading Consumer Goods major, which would assist the senior management in strategic business decisions.
•Work with the Manager and onshore Reporting Leads to develop knowledge and understanding of performance measures and data interpretation.
•Develop sound understanding the client's business challenges, key stake holders, data available and way of applying analysis to business
•Work collaboratively across all functional teams within Knowledge & Insight to embed new processes and support delivery of business requirements, as defined by the onshore Reporting Leads
Competency- Skills & Knowledge/ Values and Behaviors:
•Proven analytical skills; ability to model data, create reports and to produce valuable commentary and insights.
•Strong background in technical skills including a high level of competency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel. Practical knowledge of statistical tools (R/Python) will be a plus.
•Experience presenting the analysis and recommendations to clients and senior level management.
•Understand client briefs and explain to the team members and ensure on time delivery of the projects
•Working knowledge in dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI (any one) is a plus

Minimum work experience required:
•4-6 years post masters work experience in marketing, sales, analytics or management consulting
•Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, in depth understanding of FMCG and Retail domain
