Job Description

As a Manager within Denali Academy & Enablement you will assume responsibilities across training & category management delivery, content development and marketing/sales.

  • Work independently or lead teams to deliver project work across a wide range of clients
    • Category management support and coaching e.g. category planning, opportunity assessments to build project pipeline
    • Workshop facilitation across all dimensions of procurement
    • Classroom training across all work process areas, soft skill development
  • Collaborate to identify opportunities that deliver client value
  • Help adapt/innovate delivery approach to meet client needs, deliver high business impact
  • Support continuous improvement, evolve methodologies, tools, templates
  • Provide support for marketing and sales initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate with any broader Denali client delivery team members to ensure that activities are aligned and complemented by potential other procurement services

Qualifications

 

  • At least 7-10 years of relevant procurement experience
  • Good category knowledge across categories, prefer SME in at least one category area
  • Positive mindset, able to think outside the box, comfortable with ambiguity, agile
  • Team player, self-driven, results oriented
  • Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills
  • Able to synthesize information into clear and compelling stories
  • Strong project / program management experience
