• Should have overall experience of 15 to 16 years on finance functional side on Oracle ERP. 
• Experience is a must in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle fusion financials.
• Should have worked on the ERP's for atleast 4-5 implementation projects.
• Process reengineering and process improvement project experience will be a plus.
• Should be well versed with configuring the Finance module in ERP's used.
• Should have done blueprinting , fit gap analysis , creating requirement documents and specifications , doing system testing and should have worked in all submodules like AP , AR , GL , Fixed Assets , Cash Management,Accounts reconciliation etc.
• Should have deep domain knowledge in Finance processes
• Knowledge of Enterprise performance management system (Onpremise/Cloud) is desirable
• Should have Project management experience during implementation.
• Should have experience working on due diligence and diagnostic/assessment and optimization opportunities in ERP finance module
• Should be good in stakeholder management and reporting.
• Should be well versed with ITIL/PMP processes
• Consulting experience is a must.
• CA educational qualification is preferred.
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer management skills
