Processing outward and inward payments for multi - currencies
Cancelling and amending payment instructions as and when advised by the customer through secure channels, Solutions Department or the Investigations department
Sorting payments according to Currency, Value dates, Business units and ensuring payments received prior to cut-off times are processed the same da
Prioritizing High value payments and payments for Corporate and high net worth customers for enhanced customer service
Referring remittance instructions to the Queries department and to Business units for account closing procedures, confirming authenticity of remittance instructions, Foreign Exchange deals booked with the Treasury department and for reporting non-compliant remittances to the appropriate channel
Skills:
Good Knowledge about SWIFT Payments and different types of clearing
Relevant experience in the banking sector with banking experience
in Payment Operations activities such as (Outward / Inward Process/
 salary processing , MOL – Non MOL / DDS / account to account transfer
