Descripción del empleo

  • Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries pertaining to the specific product
  • Field a diverse variety of questions for a diverse group of accounts
  • Assist customers via phone with both internal and external inquiries
  • Responsible for delivering quality and outstanding customer service to customers while maintaining call center department guidelines
  • Perform product retention/stop save during cancellation calls.
  • Resolve all issues and offer additional services by utilizing our cross-sell program
  • Responsible for determining and resolving customers needs
  • Update customers account information in the system
  • Ensure customers needs are met following department procedures, standards and external regulations
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state and local laws and regulations as well as WNS Global Services, Inc. internal policies and procedures

Requisitos

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year previous call center experience
  • Ability to be detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with Microsoft office products and other computer programs
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous call center experience and sales/retention experience preferred but not required
  • Spanish/English Bilingual is a must
  • Must be flexible to work shifts between 12pm - 9pm
  • Must have the ability to work overtime as needed
  • Background checks will include CREDIT CHECK.
  • Must have less than $750 of debt in collections
