Job Description

  • SAP and Salesforce system administration
    • Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting from SAP and Salesforce software up and running, providing technical support to end users of SAP and Salesforce Basis, collaborating with the operation/dev-ops team
  • IT Operations:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department. 
    • Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and software. 
    • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of IT infrastructure. 
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions. 
  • Staff Management:
    • Lead and supervise IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. 
    • Motivate and empower IT professionals to achieve their full potential. 
  • Project Management:
    • Manage IT projects, from planning and implementation to completion. 
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • User Account Management:
    • Creating, managing, and assigning user permissions and access levels. 
    • Assists in maintaining fleet of end user devices through patching and lifecycle management, including Windows and Apple devices.  
  • System Installation and Configuration:
    • Installing and configuring operating systems, applications, servers, and network devices. 
    • Patching and maintaining core IT infrastructure components such as virtualization, storage, backup servers, and others as directed.  
    • Utilizes tools approved by IT manager to facilitate patch management, server monitoring, disaster recovery and others as prescribed.  
    • Applying software updates and security patches to systems regularly. 
  • System Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Acts as an escalation point for helpdesk staff. 
    • Monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving hardware and software issues, analyzing system logs. 
    •  Maintaining Active Directory, O365 components, CRM, MDM and other systems as prescribed. 
    • Available to be on call for emergencies as it relates to the IT department. 
    • Creating and maintaining relevant documentation for information systems. 
    • Monitors health/performance of infrastructure components. 
  • Backup and Recovery:
    • Implementing and maintaining data backup strategies, performing regular backups, and ensuring data recovery capabilities. 
  • Security Management:
    • Working together with security lead with Implementing and enforcing security policies, managing firewalls, monitoring for potential security threats. 
  • Network Administration:
    • Managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimization strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent  
  • 5~8 years of related experience 
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft services such as Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and Dynamics SL 2015. SAP basic 
  • Familiar with Power Shell.  
  • Familiar with Microsoft Server operating systems  
  • Basic understanding of Linux operating systems 
  • Familiar with VMware ESXi and vCenter products 
  • Some familiarity with NetApp or other SAN environments  
  • Understands basic networking concepts.  
  • Bilingual preferred (Korean and English) – able to discuss with team in Korea, sometimes able to join meeting at Korea time frame.
