Job Description
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Rack and stacking Server, lifting up to 50lb weight.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Install and configure systems which support infrastructure and/or R&D activities.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
- Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
- Conducting daily backup operations.
- Managing technical documentation.

- Asset Management, includes 4 physical asset audits per year
- Need to track inventory any time
- Equipment purchase, shipping, assigning to users
Salary: $30 to $35/hr
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
· A+, Linux+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation advantageous.
· Forman deployment experience
· Ansible experience
· RHEL, CENTOS, ROCKY, UBUNTU, and other Linux base OS installation, management, and support
· Asset Management experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
