Job Description
- Addressing employee quires regarding office management issues.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Order & maintain office supplies and company assets, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Communication with CPA firm
- Pick up and distribute incoming mails and other materials to the appropriate team.
- Greeting visitors, vendors and directing the to the right department
- Check the usage of taxi, Airline tickets, FedEx and make payments.
- Research and plan for quarterly CSR activities as well as organize company internal/external events, and send out announcements and research data.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field
- 1~2 years of administrative and accounting experience
- Organizational Skills
- Great Social and Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
- Customer and Personnel Service
- Computer Efficient (MS Office Skills)
- Bilingual (English, Korean) preferred
