·   Defining, implementing and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization

·   Ensure that the company’s everyday activities run smoothly

·   Supervise the work of different departments and provide constructive feedback

·   Develop overall operational strategies in support of the business goals

·   Keeping track of the company’s revenue margins and conduct budget reviews to maximize profits

·   Implement key performance indicators to drive improvements while providing        leadership and growing the team

·   Continuously improve the operations and efficiency

·   Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

·   Bachelor’s Degree required in related field

·   Must have experience working in an energy solution industry or construction industry

·   Strong knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines

·   Strong communication and people skill

·   5+ years of experience as a Director of Operations or other relevant position / Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and Operations

·   Bilingual in English and Korean

·   Ability to travel within US
