Job Description

Facility Management & Operation

  • 100 RP & 55 RP Office
  • Building facility issue > contact building management office
  • Building maintenance contact to various vendors
  • Overnight Parking & parking

Administrative Services

  • Vendor AP thru Openplace system
  • Contact vendor for credit, AP claim, refund, etc.
  • Contact various vendors
  • Improving current process/vendor
  • Mail, FEDEX

Supplies Procurement – Inventory check/supplies order & return

  • Office supplies
  • Kitchen Supplies

Employee Services

  • Better communication to employees on process/procedures
  • New hire set up (name tag, drawer key, badge, etc.)
  • Exit procedure (collect the badge, keys, etc.)

Workplace Operation

  • Environmental Health & safety regulations and concerns and improvements
  • Assist organization/priority list
  • Oversee porter svc on behalf of general affair

Building Security Management

  • Oversee security guard svc on behalf of general affair
  • Access badge management for employee/contractor/visitor



  • 1+ years of office operations and administrative work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in related field
  • Bilingual Korean/English preferred
  • Excellent computer skills (including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail and skilled in taking initiatives
  • Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
