Job Description

In this role, the SCM Coordinator is responsible for supporting the SCM department of the inbound and outbound traffic, managing the buying and delivery process of goods or services and the placement and delivery of purchase orders.

  • Process Sales Orders. (input orders into the system, arrange shipping, follow up orders etc.)
  • Filing (e-filing) S.O files to drop-box
  • Daily System Inventory Count
  • Monthly Physical Inventory Count
  • Send e-mail confirmation to customers for non-ecommerce orders
  • Process return/exchange requests
  • Count shipments form for HQ
  • Shelving products by expiration dates
  • Update new b2c and b2b accounts in the system
  • Track shipments
  • Appropriately input sales history data into the tracing file
  • Work closely with QC team for any defective products
  • Actively communicate with sales reps to make sure all orders are processed correctly
  • Responsible for accurate physical and system inventory
  • Migrate e-commerce orders to the ERP system


  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially in EXCEL preferred)
  • Working knowledge of PC computer systems preferred
  • Able to identify PC hardware and software issues and applied troubleshooting skills to resolve
  • Handle multiple work orders and tasks simultaneously
  • Perform software and hardware updates as needed
  • Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
  • BA in related field
