WOONGJIN, Inc.  is looking for a Project Manager for a well-known client located in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

• Create & deliver project management deliverables such as project plan, kick-off/mid/closing reports & status/weekly reports,  also support project members to draft project execution deliverables
• Lead project management cycle from proposal, start up, resource selection, team building/on boarding, implementation, and the rollout of systems or apps
• Design communications to project team members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
• Manage project scope, customer expectation and project resources (time, cost, human) actively.

• 10+ total years of experience including at least 5+ years of experience as a technical, or IT project manager
• 5+ years of experience in managing projects including system development and deployment of a large-scaled, web-based, solution-based or mobile app-based
• Have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles on both waterfall and agile
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or other related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

   

Preferred Skills:

• Exhibits sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and leading data-driven analyses to support and grow a business
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Bi-lingual: English and Korean Preferred
