• Plan and assist with new product releases and events 
• Identify new market opportunities and relay information to the Marketing Manager 
• Make helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue
• Conduct thorough market research, which may include: taking surveys, desktop research, sending emails and making calls, attend workshops and DtoD trainings
• Answer all product-related questions
• Collaborate and strategize with the Marketing team
• Perform product demonstrations for customers and staff
• Schedule training sessions and attend meetings as required
• Assist and support Marketing department as needed

• Bilingual in English / Korean
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in sales or customer service is a preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint
• Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire
• Ability to memorize details like product specifications
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• BS in related field or experience in related field
