WOONGJIN Inc is looking for a talented Warehouse Manager in Fullerton, CA.

Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Perform and assign work duties to warehouse personnel, prioritized and established by the Warehouse Manager
• Make documentation of shipping and enter/adjust order into ERP system
• Interface with Customer Service and Transportation
• Ensure Warehouse metrics are achieved to provide full customer satisfaction
• Pick, pack, and verify customer orders
• Dispatch, ship, and confirm customer orders within inventory system
• Perform cycle counts as needed
• Load and unload truck
• Rotate and replenish product as needed
• Enter inbound/outbound shipments in Oracle and input data into Excel
• Ensure all GMP and Safety guidelines are followed
• Maintain warehouse in an AIB Superior rating

Skills/Qualifications

• Forklift experience - Minimum 2 years
• 2-5 years’ experience in order fulfillment
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in a Perishable Food Warehouse a plus
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and basic math skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work in cold warehouse environment
• Bilingual skills in Korean preferred
