• Supervise associates in their daily tasks and ensure successful completion of tasks in timely manner
• Preparation of various financial statements and reports
• Performs accounting tasks necessary for the creation of various reports
• Review accounts payable/receivable vouchers/journal and posting of expenses/incomes
• Plan and execute company’s funding and disbursement requirements
• Promotes an associate with environment that is consistent with long term management objectives
• Create in the development of corporate policies and procedures
• Responsible for creating annual business plan and analyzing the actual results
• Manage annual budget development
• Supervises short term and long-term cash management for the company
• Monitor company bank accounts for accuracy and review bank reconciliations
• Ensure reporting compliance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Ensure compliances with local, state, and federal governments’ financial / taxation reporting requirements
• Research accounting, banking, business law, financial and taxation issues as needed basis and report and recommend findings and most effective routes of approach
• Perform other duties, as necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate finance and accounting areas
• Previous supervisory experience and experience with ERP preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills required
• Above average proficiency in Excel and WORD
• Bilingual Korean / English Preferred
