We are looking for a Business Intelligent Specialist in Logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze operational issues and find best solutions based on data
• Analyze P&L regularly for Logistics operations, such as Warehouse operation, Local delivery(Truck/Rail)
• Design and Make(programming) simulation tools to manage productivity, P&L for Logistics services, such as Truck, Warehouse, and container yard by using Macro(MS office Excel), Programming (VBA, Python, Java, etc.)
• Responsible for operation management based on data and daily management meetings with multiple sites(warehouse, branches, etc.)
• Manage KPIs for various branches, customers, and carriers based on data from various systems
• Make reports to Team leader, Regional HQ, and customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 year relevant experience as a data analysis
• Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science is mandatory and Master's Degree preferred.
• Competent with Macro(in MS Excel) and Programming(Python, Java, etc.)
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP’s,  various functions)
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Prioritization, able to shift focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties
• Authorized to working in U.S
• A good attitude and ability to work in a team setting
• Well organized and good follow up skills
• Able to sense urgency and know when to escalate for assistance
