Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house)
- Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc.)
- Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Support the team with the legal cases/investigations through compiling necessary documents
- Assist to enhance legal compliance of the company
- Conduct legal research
- Monitor case status and work as a point person to correspondence to corporate attorneys
- Other special projects assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
- Language: Korean & English preferred
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
