Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house)
  • Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc.)
  • Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Design and prepare educational aids and materials
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Support the team with the legal cases/investigations through compiling necessary documents
  • Assist to enhance legal compliance of the company
  • Conduct legal research
  • Monitor case status and work as a point person to correspondence to corporate attorneys
  • Other special projects assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
  • Language: Korean & English preferred
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
