WOONGJIN INC is looking for a Marketing Director that will drive all aspects of marketing for one of the top hair product distributors with one of the largest facilities in the world, renown as the leading provider of the most fashionable wigs, extensions and hair pieces in the industry.

- Design a holistic marketing strategy that will bring short-term and long-term success for the company

- Strategically review/analyze the company's product positions in the market

- Further uphold and develop a leading brand image

- Build strong relationships with the customer base including both retailers and consumers

- Create and implement effective online and offline marketing strategies

- 10+ years of relevant experience

- Bachelor's Degree or higher

- Possession of a strong work ethic

- Ability to identify current and future challenges and opportunities

- Ability to formulate plans to overcome challenges and exploit opportunities

- Possession of excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments to maximize sales opportunities

- Experience with SCM and Import/Export operations

- Experience in B2B/B2C e-commerce operations

- Bilingual Korean/English
