• Gather and document business requirements/processes, functional requirements, and use cases
• Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project
• Build a project plan, manage deliverables, report on the status of milestones, and proactively identify project risks
• Identify & validate client's business needs & requirements/processes and translate them into application requirements

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Preferred 2+ years as Business Analyst or Consultant
• 7~15 years of experience in Project Management for the IT industry
• Bilingual Korean/English
• Outstanding communication skills including written, verbal and listening
• Travel required: 20~40%
