- Research/analyze current and future hair trends

- Conceptualize/design various hairstyles

- Develop hair products in line with product strategy

- Collaborate with other departments and manufacturers

- Test, review, and analyze hair products

- Manage the product cycle of assigned product lines

- Beauty School or Fashion School certification or degree

- 0-5 years of relevant experience

- Possession of a result-driven work ethic

- Possession of excellent communication skills between departments

- Bilingual Korean/English
