• Enter new item set up and review entries in ERP system
• Monitor and perform analysis on inventory cost variances
• Review and analyze the variance on PPV/freight cost, VOH/FOH and labor costs and produce reports
• Review monthly labor costs and overhead
• Review volume/yield and intercompany WH expense and provide reports
• Review projection with demand forecast; provide monthly capacity review and analysis
• Update any discrepancies on BOM/formula and routing on ERP; BOM set up and Standard cost calculation
• Set up date/release counting sheet by reviewing for discrepancies; make adjustments into ERP
• Plan and budget review with the manufacturing team and company profit & loss analysis support
• Review utility bills and compare with the trend
• Conduct and lead monthly inventory counts with Operations and Warehouse and propose/make ERP adjustments
• Conduct month end close and prepare reports for monthly/weekly/daily review
• Assist with ad-hoc reports as directed by Plant Manager and Management

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience in Oracle R12 is preferred
• Min. 3 years of experience in an accounting related role, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office / advanced excel skills
• Attention to detail with strong organization, communication skills and accurate data management skill
• Must be self-motivated, team player, and able to immediately contribute to a fast-paced environment
• Must possess problem solving and analytical skills and be able to think independently
• Travel as required to corporate office (5-10%)
