• Monitor and review KPI results
• Track and monitor inbound shipments both ocean and air
• Analyze inbound logistics using logistics system (VMS) to better support customer needs
• Coordinate with carriers to plan operations
• Have daily meeting with procurement team to review material status, performance and planning
• Make inbound reports to share results and analyze trends
• Identify, implement and optimize transportation network, which translate into improved capacity, service and cost
• May need to work out of regular business hour

• BA degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of transportation/logistics related experience
• Proactive mind and ability to handle on trouble shooting for business as well as logistics operation system
• Able to communication customer and carrier to fix issues
• A self-starter attitude with an ability to work well in a fast paced environment
